Hi, I’m Paige

I provide outpatient mental health counseling to individuals, couples, and families in Boise, Idaho. I offer in-person and virtual counseling to residents of Idaho.

Originally from Spokane, WA, I am grateful to call Boise, Idaho my home. I have been drawn to people since I was young and find it a privilege to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families in the context of the counseling relationship.

As a counselor, my goal is to foster an environment in which my clients feel seen and understood. I encourage clients to find the courage to reflect, to hope, and to grow. I recognize that change is a process that takes time and effort and I believe wholeheartedly that the effort is worth it.

In my free time, I enjoy being active outdoors with my husband and son, sipping coffee with friends, traveling, and having meaningful conversations.

With over 12 years of clinical practice, my expertise includes eating disorders, anxiety, depression, prenatal and postpartum mental health, infertility, couples counseling, women’s issues, and Christian counseling. I have worked in various settings including community mental health, eating disorder facilities, group practice, and private practice. I received extensive eating disorder training working at Eating Recovery Center in Bellevue, WA and continue to receive annual training from the leading experts in the field. I am an EMDR-trained therapist who integrates this approach into my work, valuing its strong evidence base and effectiveness in treating a wide range of mental health concerns.
