Each "season" in life brings change, new challenges personally and relationally. These seasons can feel lonely, scary, impossible, or perhaps motivating. Through counseling, my goal is to provide a safe and empathic space for you to approach life's inevitable changes and challenges with thoughtfulness and clarity, so that you can make choices for yourself from a place of confidence, compassion, and wisdom.

I often see people who want to make positive changes in their lives by exploring difficult emotions, unhelpful thought patterns, and ways of relating with self and others that are no longer working. I believe that the counseling process is most successful when it is collaborative between therapist and client and when client is motivated to make changes in his/her life.

I work with people from all different backgrounds and will meet you exactly where you are.

We don't need to be alone on our journey through life. Let's tackle it together!
